No 12V in camper or tongue jack

Like the title says. 13.3 volts across battery terminals, same voltage at battery disconnect switch when on, 0 V when off. Tongue jack only works when hooked up via umbilical cord from TT to TV. All works on 120. Is there a fuse or reset I'm missing somewhere?

Issue 2, sometimes tongue jack goes up when pushing down button and down when pushing up button. Sometimes it works fine. Any ideas on this one?

Check your ground(s) on the A-frame. If the Power-Jack is not covered water might have entered the switch. You can try contact cleaner.

This happened to us on our maiden voyage a few years ago in our White Hawk. Found it was a fuse behind the battery box on the tongue. Ours is a green wire with a black weatherproof fuse holder. 30 amp fuse.
We were told it can blow if you lower the tongue jack too much.

Check the 30 amp fuse on the front frame. That’s usually the culprit.

As previously mentioned check the fuse, BUT also check the blade fuse holder as over time it can become corroded. Spray electrical cleaner in it anyway.

Battery connected properly? WHITE cable goes from batteries NEGATIVE cable to the FRAME ground and the BLACK POSITIVE cable goes to the inline fuse.

Make sure your battery terminals are clean and tight, also a tight ground connection on the frame.

We had the same issue. Our tongue jack has 2 inline fuses. One 30 amp slow blow in the wire leading up to the switch control head and one as previously mentioned connected by the J box on the font of the trailer with the green wires. This one is a standard 30 amp spade fuse.

Thanks all! Got 12V back. It was the 30 Amp fuse behind battery box. I didn't even see it at first look.
