Rain gutter downspouts Jayco Jayflight 28BHS.

The front downspouts are directly above the pass through storage compartment where all the tools, chocks, jack pads, everything needed for set up. So if you are setting up in the rain, the water from downspouts is running right down your back. Does anyone else have this problem, if so are there any ideas for diverting that water? Thank you!

Could you stick a pool noodle on it temporarily to divert the flow? I haven't had to set up in the rain yet but I can see where it would be an issue.

I have to put my 264bh a little nose high to help the condensation run to the rear so I can use my pass thru doors.

Old and Soft X2. Setting up ever so slightly nose high also helps water to run off the slide-out roof, and keeps the air conditioner run-off from dripping on you when you're unpacking the pass-thru storage.

I always set the RV nose high as our bed is up front and I want our heads a little higher. This diverts the water to the rear.

Understand, but doesn't that affect the fridge operation if the trailer isn't level? Not trying to be a pain here, just trying to understand. Thank you!

A level fridge is not mean absolute level. We are not playing a Steinway.

The older the model of Fridge; the more important it is that it is kept level. A good rule of thumb is that the fridge can be plus or minus 2 degrees from plum. That equates to half a bubble out of the level line. The newer fridges have a bit more tolerance.

Our downspout does the same thing. You can push a long length of 1" ID hose on it to divert the rain water, and the slightly nose high angle works well for A/C condensation to run to the rear spout also.

My only issue with slightly nose high is my shower drain is on the front side of the pan and even slightly nose high makes the water pool at the back of the shower. First world problems at their best....
