Storage locker zombies

You know the ones. The ones that aren't worth the fee to store. Like this one.

We were between two Class As in a local campground's storage lot that had not been used in years. One had the slide was open a little and one day while parking our unit we heard a ruckus within the Class A. Out came two angry raccoons! We found a new spot shortly after that.

Are they still paying for the spot? Seems like the monthly bill might be more than the value of the unit.
