Texas State Railroad / RV Campground

Had a great time here. We were there 5 nights. 2 of those nights we had the whole campground to ourselves!!!

They're about to close the campground for a few months to renovate the bathrooms in the campground.

You can still ride the Texas State Train. We rode the steam locomotive to Palestine and back to Rusk. A bit pricey ($35 per ticket for the open car) but was fun.
