We installed one, but have only tried it in the driveway. We are in a real fringe area, with only one nearby station (about 5 miles) and only two more distant ones (25 miles and 35 miles). Before the wingman was installed, we could only get the closer two stations. After the installation we can get all three, so I guess it helps somewhat. We will see what happens next time we travel ....

Used the wing-man twice and no problems. Seems to work good. Even got alot of Canadian PBS channels at a place we had been several times
