Water coming from somewhere....

I’m not sure if this is the correct place to post this.this pertains to our 2018 octane 161 but seemed less toy hauler specific.

Recently I noticed when I pulled away from a parking spot there was a wet trail from under the trailer left on the street. It had rained quite a bit the preceding days so I didn’t think a lot of as there was still a puddle under the trailer. In hind sight the water trail markings couldn’t have been from the wheels pulling through a puddle though. It looked more like a spill.

Then when we were on our way out for a weekend, my wife was riding her motorcycle behind us and she said whenever I was turning right through a twisty section of road, water would be shooting out the left side from under the trailer.

The fresh tank was at about 1/3 full from being out a few weeks ago and is still showing 1/3 full. Grey and black tanks were empty and are still showing empty. I had been under the trailer before we left on this trip while mounting Pit Bull stands in the garage section of the trailer and noticed the underside of the underbelly looked like it was wet and a bit saggy, but again didn’t think a lot of it as the install of that material looks pretty sloppy anyway.

Any pointers on what to check and/or ask Jayco about? We bought this only 2.5 months ago.

If the unit is under warranty, a trip or call first is in order to the dealer.

Do you see any obvious water leaks inside? Do you see any evidence of where the water is coming from?

The undercover is not hard to remove to inspect in the area that appears wet. I would let the dealer document the problem and do it if it's only this long from delivery.

Not sure this is your problem but my Octane would leak water the same way on our first trip. I discovered that the shower drain was never hooked up at the factory so the water would just run into the underbelly.
