Whirlpool Side by side residential refrigerator

Unwinterized our 317rlok for the first time since we bought it new
the water dispenser is not pouring any water out nor is it getting any water to the ice machine
I checked the supply valve and it is open
Tried with the water filter in and with it out still nothing

Isn't that tied into the drinking water system? Some also had 2 valves one under the sink and one under the stove behind the drawer.

Our fresh water drinking system ran dry one time (5 gallon was empty) and my whirlpool was not getting any water either (mainly ice machine) after I filled the 5 gallon jug back up. I turned off the water pump for the fresh water system at the kitchen island, went to the outside access door to the back of the fridge and unhooked the small white line that supplies the fridge. Went back in side and ran the pump for a minute, turned it off and hooked line back up. We then had water back the fridge and after about 30 minutes the ice started dropping again.

There’s no outside access to the refrigerator. I have have plenty of water pressure because I’m hooked up to the city water connection
I reached out to the dealer (Albany RV)
Since I bought it new in December and it was already winterized

So on your slide that has the kitchen in it (fridge, oven and sofa I think are what is in that slide) there is not an access door on the outside that looks like a storage compartment right below the small window? I figured that all Jayco's with the residential fridge would have that access so that the fridge could be worked on...

You would think common sense would prevail and they would have an access door for the res fridge. You would be wrong. Under that slide the fridge is on in the back, you may have a water line that feeds the fridge that you can also drain when you winterize. If you find it, pull the "T" and see if water is pressurized or comes out. And like one other said, check under the stove for that 2nd valve in the bottom drawer possibly.

I can only wish I had an access door on mine! No prior thought at all when engineering a rig. Just throw it together and then we'll find out what we should have done!

Exactly. And I wonder how many have failed to realize their refrigerator water line is under that slide and with no insulation on the line whatsoever. Climate Shield???? Except the refrigerator water line!

I think they put the access door for the residential fridge sometime in the 2021 models, at least on the Pinnacles. Not sure about the other models. Someone finally wiped up with that change.
