Computer chips missing

Well our 2022 Pinnacle doesn’t have the chips to reset the controller and the work arounds are not working. Wish the dealer would have told us the rig was not complete before we purchased it. WOW! I cannot believe it. Cannot even open the slides.

How did the slides operate during your PDI? I assume that you speaking of the slide operation with the JayCommand system or are they not opening at all?

That seems strange that they would let it go off the lot if you could not operation various functions.


The new car we bought came with only one fob but they told us the other could be a year out.

What chips are you talking about...chips in the slide controllers or BmPro?

What slide or slides are not working?

Yes. They worked the day we purchased. Then offer we shut the power off and back on when we got home they would not open. Long story short the chips are missing for the reset buttons on the BMPro

The BMPro buttons below the screen do not work. The work around I found on line doesn’t work either.

Be pro say to reset controller that you cannot do without the lower buttons that are not installed
