Hello from Georgia

I just wanted to say hello, I've been a life long camper and have owned several travel trailers. I bought a 2006 165 sport last weekend that needs some work, if I run into anything unusual I may ask a couple of questions. I'm starting with sealing the roof, I got 4 tubes of dicor in yesterday and I already have enough Hengs to coat this small roof. Two new tires and wheels came in also, I have removed the floor covering and will have to replace SOME OSB. I have found 5/8 at Home Depot, I'm also going to re-caulk the complete outside to stop the leak that caused the floor damage. What has me stumped is the leak is not from the roof, it has been raining here for three day without a drip or signs of a previous roof leak, I have some slight delamination below the horizontal trim on the front so I suspect that where the water is getting in. Thanks in advance, Greg

Welcome from York County, South Carolina! I'm sure someone on the forum will have an answer.

I'm not new to forums but it may take a little while to get used to this one.
