Hello Jayco Owners Forum

Hello. I'm new to the RV ownership world. I grew up camping with my family, started in an overhead camper, then on to a travel trailer.. Now I'm grown and have a family of my own. We just recently purchased a 2000 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel. At first it was a great deal, purchased from an extended family member. Turns out to have its own issues, some minor, some major.
Found this forum while looking for information on some of the minor issues. Did a lot of reading. Thought I just had to join this forum, you guys seem like a great bunch.
Im 31 years old, with a wife and 3 little girls. We absolutely love the outdoors, and enjoy life. Now having a RV will only add to the fun.
We have had the RV for just over 6 months. Made it through our first winter with it. Took it out just this past week for a couple days at a local State Park (lake). Had a little bit of fun until the weather turn cold and wet again..
Looking forward to being an active member here.
Thanks,
Chris

Thanks for the welcome.. I'm waiting for the skies to clear up and stay that way for at least a week. Found a leak in the shower skylight. So that's not going to be fun. Removed the inside half of the skylight, horrified by what I found.. But, thats another thread. LOL
