New Guy_2020 321RSTS

New guy here. Pulled the trigger on a 2020 Jayco RSTS this week. Still smells like new inside. Original owner purchased at the start of COVID to visit kids and decided to buy a house instead. Has always been under a covered structure. It's sitting along the Ohio river and I live north of Detroit. Waiting for the weather to break so I can bring it home. Pulling it with a 2023 Chevy 3500HD High Country, should pull ok? Your thoughts or reviews on your 321RSTS experiences would be appreciated.

I’ve got a 2019. Looks identical inside and out. Pulled with a 2016 2500, 2019 3500, and now a ‘22 2500. We really like it. Only big issues we’ve had are not specific to this unit, but across the board. These are the only issues I’ve had that I’d attribute to poor manufacturing.

Small sidewall crack near corner of bed slide

Had the kitchen slide rack replaced

Motor broken and replaced for LR slide

Trim separating on the exterior overhang

I’ve had many other things in 3+ years, but they were either self induced or so small I dealt with it myself and chalked it up to being part of the hobby. It’s always made it from point A-B and kept us dry/cool/warm.

We have a 2017
Luv the layout! Pulling with F250 diesel.
No problem!
We have had a few issues related to the assembly and manufacture but nothing like some have had!
We have made some changes:
We have upgraded the springs under warranty with Lippert to 3500 lb and we swapped out the electric drums for electric over hydraulic disc brakes.
Added front A/C
Insulated front bubble and under trailer from basement to rear bumper
Added a proper cold air return with flex ducting.
Added a second propane quick connect near door

Changed out living room tv for smart tv
Put dimmers on multiple lights
Added 5 gallon under sink drinking water with spigot.
Added solid stance support under steps

Yeh its been made ours!
