New Jayco Jayflight 21QB owner

Hi folks. Wife and I just purchased a 2018 Jay Flight 21QB and will pick it up on Monday. We are coming off a Coachman Clipper 17FQ, which is a very nice small trailer, but needed something just a tad bigger.

The 21QB seem to be perfect for our needs, as it has all the items that my wife wanted to upgrade to from our 17FQ, such as the bigger dinette, couch, much bigger fridge and a stove with an oven.

For me, it is still small enough to be manageable while driving, as it's only 4 feet longer and 1 foot wider than our 17FQ. We live in So Cal and do a lot of dry camping in the desert, so driving around on dirt roads can get challenging, but this trailer has more clearance than the 17FQ and yet not too long and heavy for dirt road adventures.

So anyway, we can't wait to go on our maiden voyage in a couple of weeks.

Congratulations on your Jayco! We purchased a 212QBW last fall after looking at everything from Class C’s to R-pods. So far, it is perfect for DW and me!
