Hi Greg, welcome to the forum. You're going to love your trailer--mine is almost exactly like yours and it serves me well.
One thing you want to watch out for is tongue weight. It will vary a lot depending on the height after everything in your trailer and Pilot is loaded. As the trailer starts to tilt forward it puts a lot more weight onto the tongue which will drag it down even more.
Make sure your receiver has a height that keeps the trailer level after you're all loaded up. Remember, any tongue weight has to be considered as part of the load capacity of your Pilot.

Welcome from Cincinnati OH
Ohio has some great STATE PARKS, hope you have a chance to explore them.
Also IF IF you're 60 or over you get 1/2 price Sunday thru Thursday and 10% off on weekends.
A lot of good information and help on this forum so don't hesitate to ask questions!
Happy Camping
