Structural Crack

Anyone have experience with structural crack in side wall of a 5th wheel? We have 2018 North Point; a crack has developed at the lower left corner of bedroom slide. Crack is clasic stress crack it starts lower square coner and extends downward at 45 degree angle. We contacted Jayco 24 June but still haven't received a response.
Just trying to find out if this common or if we just the unlucky one.
