I will be 78 this fall... This year really has me slowed down a bunch... Used to have a whole bunch of projects going. Now about all I get done is walking my white pooch 'Charlie Otis' up and down my road three or four times a day...

My good friend in Texas always say's "I am still kicking... Just not as high as before..."

I saw a truck pull out in front of me when I was down in Virginia Beach area the other day... I think the tags read CRABMAN and it was leaning to the left pretty noticeable hehe... Probably bad shocks huh... Maybe the tires on the left side needed aired up more... hehe...

My "bracket" in the poll has changed since I voted in it years ago!

I'm clicking over the big four-oh this Fall. Just another number, right?

Yep, just a number. It just happened to be the number when I started falling apart....shoulder, low back, kidney stones, etc. But it's just a number.

I probably need to change my original post on this thread since I've made it to the next age bracket!

I started counting backwards at 60. So 58 and headed in the right direction. Every 10 years you have to reset this formula cause you can’t pull it off anymore.

At 1 or 2 years old, you're in diapers, and people feed you. So if you go backwards after 39, by the time you're at 1 or 2, you're back in diapers, and people are feeding you!

Old is as Old is

Noticed most of the folks responding are in our age bracket. We staring RVing again once DW and I both retired. So much fun seeing the country and meeting new people. As long as we can keep moving, we are gonna keep moving. Hope to see you out and about once things return to more normality.

First thing I do in the morning is sit on the edge of the bed and take inventory to see if all the parts are still attached. Then I check to see if they are still working to minimal specs.

Just turned 35. Bought my first brand new Jayco 7 years ago, and now on my second. A life long lifestyle for us, we will always have a truck and trailer.
