Put the new “summer” cover on it. By myself! Just as I hoped, the lightweight fabric made it easy to maneuver. While we hoped to be off traveling where it’s cooler right now, unexpected family issues have kept us dry docked for a while. At least this will keep the sun from beating up the TT too much before the next trip.

Replaced all the window and door screens with "bug resistant" screen. Discovered some at the local box store and decided to give it a try . It will not stop the "no see ums" but hey..... Its an effort .

Got it loaded up, going boondocking for several days. First trip of the season. It’s been cool here for Spring but it’s supposed to be high 80’s for the next several days. Leadville was 29* last night so the mountains are not done with Winter just yet...

Treated it to a new awning fabric today. The DW and I changed it out in the driveway.

Not today, but yesterday. I was washing the rig, got to the back where there is a big picture window above the two crank out windows. I rinsed the back off, dipped my brush in the bucket, washed around the ladder, went above the windows, came down over the big one and when I got the the small crank out window, the brush went right thru the glass. I called the dealer and they asked me to send them the pics and they are going to submit it for warranty. Hopefully they will be able to get a replacement glass pane by the time it goes in for warranty appointment on Aug 2. In the mean time, I'm taking it to an auto glass shop next Wednesday and having a piece of plexiglass put in. Until then, it's gonna look like trailer trash. I knocked out the remaining glass, and covered the hole with a trash bag taped in place with painters masking tape.

Installed autodrains

FINALLY finished installation! Jayco makes it tuff. 90 is too close to the tank.i ended up leaving the rods in, screwed the autodrains to the frame. Actually like that better. Ended up putting switches in the battery box.

Ordered a new LED light for the Hot Pointe range hood. Very hard to find. The original one finally succumbed to heat and vibrations.

For our future use, where’d you find it?

Plugged it in, gave it a bath and minor black streak removal. Gave the bearings a few shots of grease, and loaded it up for a trip today.

Got my broken window temp repaired with a piece of dark plexiglass. Unless you walk right up to it, you can't tell the difference.
