Favorite Coffee Bean Blend
So we all have our favorite way to brew our grinds. How about a thread for the best grind you have found to appease your taste buds.
I will start with Trung Nguyen #1 blend. I was introduced to this spectacular blend while in Vietnam and have to say it is by far my favorite blend of bean.

Nothing fancy here just plain ole eight- oclock COLUMBIAN BEANs...
We bring along our same bottled water to insure the same taste we enjoy when we make our coffee...

x2. Years ago we could only buy "Timmy's Coffee" in Canada and in later years, at one of the Tim Horton's they have in Ohio, (there were none in western PA) but now it's easily obtainable at Sam's Club.

Tim Hortons and Trader Joes are our staples. We grind fresh beans at home but use their pods in the Keurig when glamping.

Our Costco had a coffee roasting area and we enjoyed several of their varieties. Just found out they have taken it out and none of the other Costco stores in our area have one. So we are looking for a new favorite.

Ditto for us on the 8 o'clock original coffee. We only buy the beans and grind it fresh.

Dunkin' Donuts whole beans bag direct from Dunkin'. We bring a coffee grinder to have the freshest possible. Full flavor without any bitterness.

Just good ol' Maxwell House for me. My taste buds aren't in to the designer coffees, LOL!
BTW, now that Burger King has bought Tim Hortons, I wonder if they'll offer it in their stores?

Ours is a very fine blend from Europe called Jacobs. Dark, oily and rich. Makes me want a cup now...

I'm deeeeeep into coffee. I have green (unroasted) coffee shipped to my house and I have my own roaster. Coffee is all about FRESHNESS and you can't get fresher than home roasting! The biggest problem is...once you drink your own roasted coffee...nothing else tastes good!
I have 5 LBS of green Panama Boquette and 2 LBS of Kona in the mail now. I love Central American coffees the most.

We discovered two great roasters during our summer travels: Beanstock in Eastham on Cape Cod, and Green Tree Coffee and Tea in Lincolnville Maine. We loved a variety of blends at both of these places. These are gourmet coffee joints who roast fresh each day but we found their prices to be reasonable. I have since ordered online from both of these places and was happy with shipping price and delivery. If you are a bit of coffee snob like me you should give these two small businesses a try!

Funny enough, after years of Kona (The real stuff) and then about 10 years of importing straight from Panama (Can't remember the name), we now love Trader Joe's breakfast blend (always whole beans). When camping we take Trader Joe's and Starbucks Blond K-Cups..
