did the post 2018 octane 222's get downgraded? Why?

Why did Jayco put smaller windows in the rear and kitchen on these units after 2018? Plus, they also took a little bit of the aerodynamics away by lifting the front roof line...I don't get it! Price didn't go down.. Seems like a giant step back to me.

I don't know if it was a step back or forward. I know for the 2019s they added the smart lights (marker lights) on many models. Change in a constant. There is saying in combat. "If you stand still, you're dead." This can and should be applied in business in a metaphorical manner.

Jayco can keep the "smart" lights and give me the larger windows any day! The cost is in the windows, not the lights. Plus they created an even larger wind brake increasing the front height. IMO, Jayco went completely backwards on this.

I completely agree. Glad I got mine before the change!
