Fresh water

Crazy question I should know the answer!!

I was filling my fresh water and got preoccupied with something else only to notice water running outta two water lines next to the drain valve!

Was that my overflow??

Probably, but would be handy to know the model and year of your rv so people could give you more exact advice and experience.

You want to be careful when filling. If you fill faster than the overflow can drain you expand the water tank, possible popping the holding straps or blow connections off of it. Ask me how I know.

Yes, those are your overflow tubes. I would verify your tank is still full after it finished draining. Jayco definitely has an issue with overflow tubes draining WAY too much water out of the tank. There are probably 50 threads about it on here.

I plumbed the 2 overflow tubes together with a section of clear tubing that I got at home depot. No more water loss. There is a vent at the filler to let out air as I fill.
