Help! 4212 big Slide out messed up!

2017 Seismic 4212. The Schwintek system on the big slide (couch/Refrig) started to bring it in and well now the top is way out while the bottom is in. Is there anyway to get this back into alignment? We need to move out of here but we can't with the slide this way.

thanks!

Since both top and bottom run off the same motor and shaft to me the only way that could have happened is if both top gears came loose on their shafts or the teeth are worn. Not sure how you can correct it the normal problem is left or right aren't closed.

Yep! Think I'll leave it to a professional, but we need to get on the road soon!

Are you sure nothing is jammed in the top. I know we have had sticks and such on the top of the slide we cleared off before pulling slides in
