I’m getting a light above the lp water heater switch that just started coming on. I usually just leave the WH on electric mode but here lately that light has been coming on and the water is not hot. So I switched both on like it says in the manual so it will recover faster. Is that light a fault light? This is a brand new water heater that was installed in May.

The DSI light should go off when lit, if not reset (turn switch off and on). Confirm at the water-heather it is burning on propane.
