Have read of others w/ Brand-X would lose a 12v circuit, and find a bad SPLICE/ CRIMP behind the Fuse/Breaker Panel; this splice connected power to wire going forward and back, and (most) would only lose one of the two? A bad crimp here could also make sense to yours, but also check all screws in the FUSE panel wiring?

2018 Precept 36T. We lost 12v power and fridge won't run last week. Found gfi tripped and bad crimp on wire behind our breaker panel. All fix and all works fine now.
