2016 precept outside Tv

We just purchased 2016 precept, can't get the outside tv to pick up over the air reception. Try to get to the wires in back but can't get the tv to pull out. Don't want to just yank it, is there a release or does it not pull out? If not how do I get to the connections.

Congratulations on the Precept and welcome to the forum.

My over the air RV antenna wiring incorporates an amplifier. If it is turned off, TV over the air reception will be poor to non-existent.

Hopefully someone with a Precept will help you with this. I wouldn't have a clue to suggest where to look. Sorry.

The TV on my 2018 is held in clips. Firmly pull forward and then it pulls out and swivels. The amplifier also needs to be on like previously stated. switch is on plate with coax coming in from the roof antenna. In mine it is in the cabinet over the dinette. Mounted on right wall of the cabinet.

My 2016 precept outside tv is hard mounted with a bracket on each side. You can unscrew the brackets to look at the back. Check your coax connectors and make sure they are crimped as they are not cri mped sometimes. Or if 31 ul, open a couple of bedroom drawers behind tv and look. The drawers can be pulled all the way out.

Or just take it all the way out to see what's there!

It's easy to tell that's not a Vic wiring job.
