Basically I raised the arm rest then "slammed" it down -check and redo. I am not aware of the procedure to reverse any "over adjustment" I strongly suggest contacting Lippert - just in case I had to exert a fair amount of pressure to see any change. So starting with light pressure and gradually increasing was my process. I am not aware of any preset points Also this procedure will not adjust the vertical positioning only the stopping point of rotation. On a side note , have you noticed any noise from the cab over bunk rails? I had to adjust clearance to get them quiet
