2021 Alante wipers

Is it possible to adjust the wiper on driver side due to wind will take wiper past curve of windshield at speeds over 60mph.

The PO had the same problem on his now mine 2020 Alante 27a he had the wiper assembly moved 3 inches to the passenger side on both motors then filled and refinished the plastic cover no more stuck wiper arm
