Did the Pioneer die?

I have been very happy with my pioneer AVH/4200 NEX installed in my 2017 Jayco precept 35S. Two trips ago, when I chose the HD radio, nothing appeared. Lost all of my presets, could no longer go forward or back, nor could I choose between the different FM or AM settings.
I tried to upgrade and followed all of the instructions as the version installed on the MH is different from the current one but, I was not allowed to update even though it could read the USB drive where I had downloaded the software.
Everything else works on the radio. I can connect to Pandora through my phone, or use my phone as a source. The cameras also work perfectly. Just so odd that I don’t have the radio feature anymore .
I will try to speak with Pioneer on Monday but if anyone has any information regarding what may have happened, or if you have experienced this yourself, please let me know.
As always, thank you very much.

Pioneer has really gone downhill. I say this as I had to replace my truck radio twice. They are using substandard parts
