Microphone on 2018 31UL

Is there a microphone so you can talk to someone at the rear of the coach? And if so how do you use it? There's something that looks like a mike below the steering wheel on the left hand side, and in the infotainment system I see some info on a mike, but I have no clue.

Then what does nit do? How do you use it?

It works with verbal directions for the GPS in my 2018 Precept 35S.

It’s for answering your phone through Bluetooth.

My 2019 UL31 has a microphone in the rear camera that's connected to the radio. I can hear someone outside but they cant hear me. Mine went bad and was causing horrible static on the radio. Seems its on all the time and got worse as the trucks went by. Had to disconnect it from the radio.
