Precept 31UL 2021 Cigarette Lighter?

My husband had said he wanted a dash cam and they all seem to need a cigarette lighter for power. I don't even know if there is one in our RV? Has anyone put one in?

Our 31UL, 2021 year model did not come with a cigarette lighter. We needed a cigarette lighter to use our auxiliary braking thing for our toad. The RV dealer replaced the USB port on the drivers side arm rest with a cigarette lighter. We had no problems with the install. In fact, now we found a splitter so we can use one cigarette lighter to power both our Garmin and brake thing.

Good luck.

Thanks so much. I didn't think I saw one. Did you get that done while it was built or after?

Another option is to buy a 110 volt to 12 volt adaptor. That’s what I did for my Garmin unit

That's awesome. Didn't know they had them, so he's got a choice. I am ordering the Garmen then for Christmas.
