Smile Running furnace?

Was just wondering, as the weather gets cooler, if it's okay to operate the furnace while travelling in the winter? Many thanks!

We have done it with all our motorhomes over the years, without any problems.

There was a lot of posts on the subject maybe 4-5 years ago. I do not recall anyone coming up with any reason on why not to.

I don't see the need, our dash heater works great, put in on outside air and open the rear vent to allow the heat to circulate to the rear of the coach. Saves on Propane.

That only works for about a 1/4 of the coach for us.

You must have a larger coach, we only RV about 6-8 weeks a year so didn't need a larger RV. Having had a large bus I really like the smaller 26AY, easy to drive and park, better MPG, smaller turning radius, but I do find that with only one A/C it's harder to keep cool, furnace heats it up in less than 5 minutes when needed.

HAHA! Yep, just a 'little' larger I can see why you need the furnace on a frosty drive.
