Somewhere, most likely near the battery, is the solar controller. Many have readouts of what is happening.
One simple check is to unplug the RV and check the voltage on the battery.
I would highly recommend watching some youtubes and do some reading on basics of solar. I have Renogy products and i have seen several posts in the learn section of the Renogy website.
Of simply google basic or simple solar system operation or use.
Once you find the solar controller find the make and model number and see if you can find instructions. Some, like my Renogy MPPT solar controller have bluetooth readouts via an app.
