Battery Powered LED Closet Lights
I want to add some lighting to our closets next to our bed and our overhead above the bed and was thinking of battery operated strip LED. Anyone with experience with battery operated strip LED lights. I like the idea of a 2' or 3' strip of light in there so I don't have to riffle the closet to find my underwear! if I have to turn over my entire closet, heck, I am camping, and will probably just scrap the ginch and go get a beer.
Thanks,
Derek

We have battery powered lights like these...

on each shelf of our pantry. They've worked well for us.

One caution. Any of the motion detecting lights will use more power than manual lights. Which means replacing batteries more often.

Actually, the LED lights will last a long time if you leave them on... guess how I know.

I have used "puck" lites in various places in the TT. One is installed on the interior wall opposite the main electrical cabinet. Punch it and you have instant lite to properly turn on correct switches for interior lites etc. Pucks swivel so you can aim the light where you want it. They can be used under cabinets, inside the inside cabinet containing the water heater [helps with winterizing] and closets. They use 2 AA batteries.

Don't have any experience w/the strip lights; just the puck lights. Biggest problem I've run into with them is I keep forgetting to turn them off!
