Washer/dryer combo in a 338rets
Has anyone installed a washer dryer combo in at 338RETS. The washer dryer combo is 23 1/2 inches wide and the bedroom door is 19 inches wide, pretty stupid. They say you have to take out the bedroom slide to get the washer dryer in.

Do you have a prep area (wired/plumbed) for it or is this a custom fit.

It has plumbing and electric. It’s factory setup for it and it’s even in the brochure.

You may want to do a search on this topic. Recently is was disclosed and discussed here that the manufactures of some of these units void the warranty if installed in TT where the location is more than ten feet behind the axle if I remember correctly.

Did that. He said to remove the bedroom slide.

Jayco sent me the schematic for the bedroom door. If I remove the door and the trim I might be able to squeeze it through sideways.

Update:
Installed the Splendide 2100xc today. Removed the bedroom door and trim. Went though very easy.

Wow, that could’ve been an expensive install. Congrats on sorting that one out!

120 for w/d?
where did you find the 120V? I found the 120V leads by removing the panel in the top of the cabinet before they drop vertical in the front wall, but have not been able to find where it ultimately ends up. I'm looking to have a dedicated 120V outlet for an electric heater. Every time I plug a heater into my bedroom outlet it starves the circuit of amps, and causes my refrigerator to not work properly (on the same circuit).
