Hello Everyone!

I'm thinking about removing the u dinette and replacing it with table and chairs. I'm trying to decide if I really need to spend the extra money and have this done by a dealer or if I can just buy a table and chairs from IKEA and remove the dinette myself?

Does anyone have this model with the freestanding dinette? I'm wondering what the dimensions of the table are?

I'm sure someone has done this already!

Next maybe replacing the tri-fold couch with recliners! 🙂

It's prob doable. I do remodeling construction and have a property management company, so I have some skills. It's just my opinion, but you'd be chasing a $5 bill with a $20 bill by the time you were done. And if it wasn't 'factory' looking, you'll take a big hit when you go to sell. Like houses...bad remodeling stops sales in their tracks. Good remodeling only makes things sell faster, not for more.

I have a 30rds which has a larger banquette and I, personally wouldn't attempt what you want to do. The wife and I spend most of our 'inside' time at that doing our whatevers, not just eating and I'm fairly certain I'd get divorce papers for even thinking of changing it.
