Factory one on mine.
Cannot figure out why some pics post sideways or upside down and others like they should.
Anyway if mine ever fails I will replace it in a heartbeat.

Have never used the keys on the door except when the dealer locks it when we leave the coach at the shop. Ours is factory installed and as far as I can tell it locks and unlocks the main lock that we would use the key to operate. In other words, if the battery died (unlikely, but anything is possible) we could still use the key to get in an out.

Our 2016 38FLSA came with the Bauer lock. It has 4-AA batteries that have to be changed about every 4-5 months. It is so much nicer than having to use a key. It gets a little tempermental if in the hot sun or if it gets real cold out. Overall I think it is very convenient. Our previous Pinnacle had the keyless lock wired into the 12 Volt system and didn't require changing batteries, which was handier. This one on Amazon looks like the one we have: AP Products 013-509 RV Deadbolt Door Lock

I recently installed a RVLock Keyless entry that came with 2 remotes. Initially I had a small problem programming the remotes but a call to the company quickly rectified that little problem. Now, I wouldn't be without the keyless lock. I programmed the entry code to our address so it's easily remembered. I went ahead and replaced my storage door locks with the same brand that are not keyless but one key now operates everything I need on the RV. I'm very happy with the lock and how it works. I can access my rig anytime and when we're out, we can allow access in the event of an emergency (we have pups that sometimes stay in the RV when we're out). I think this is one of the better upgrades I've made to the RV. Oh...I always list an "In Case of Emergency" phone number on several locations on the outside of the RV.

I was thinking of doing keyless when I got my unit but after removing & replacing a keyed door lock mechanism I came to realize how easy it is to break in to these fiberglass/foam doors. I thought it would be a waste of $$
