Leak 2003 Jayco Eagle

I have a 2003 Jayco Eagle 30 ft Travel Trailer I have a leak in the back corner on the floor to the right of the couch and side window of the slide out. It seems to be in the back corner then runs to the front of the couch against the wall. I caulked seems on both windows the one behind the couch and to the side which is on the slide. The top of the slide just in that corner seems like it had or is leaking on the top of the slide. I sprayed flex seal over that whole area before winter. If it's wet again after winter and I open the slide I may buy boat seal that's clear and coat the top of the slide in that area. I can not rip anything apart to see what's wrong. I did have another seal put on around the slide out out so that two rubber seals smash or close up on each other when the slide out is closed. Has anyone had a leak in that corner and finally found the problem?
