I placed a small strip of Velcro under the outside edge of the flooring that curled up against the cabinet. I then placed its counterpart strip on the floor by the corner of the slide mount when it’s extended. It helps hold down the flap when the slide is first extended. No cracks yet and less of a trip hazard until the flooring settles into its flat position once I’m at a spot to extend the slide.

Good idea. After putting heat to it (the whole slide) I have laid every dumb bell I own plus lots of heavy paint cans. Leaving it until tomorrow. Thanks for your suggestion.

This is the overlap of vinyl that covers of the slide out floor.

I have the 2022 22rb, little brother to the 25rb (just like the 25rb, just no dinette) There's a toe kick. I went back and looked at the 2020/2021s and they too have a toe kick to accommodate that slide floor vinyl. Why the heck would they not build the 25rb the same?

Just went back to look at video of the 2020 25rb, before vinyl, with the carpeted slide floor. Nope. It was a problem then, too.
