You could’ve shorted out the outlet or the wires connected to it. Turn off AC power and check outlet by removing. The gfi could be bad. Get a $10 outlet tester and check each with AC power on, particularly the fridge and outlet where the coffee maker was.

Did/do you smell any burning odor?

You could remove and replace with new the fuses on the circuit.

We had this same exact issue this last weekend while camping. The 30 amp breaker tripped. The frig circuit did not come back on. I had to turn off the breaker for the frig, and turn it back on. All was fine after that. I suspect that breaker tripped too, visually it didn't look tripped.

When changing my fridge from electric to gas the lights often blink. Sometimes it takes several tries of turning the switch to gas and to off before the gas lights stays on solidly. When checking the gfci, make sure to hold the reset button a few seconds to make sure it resets.
In regards to the heater, I unplug the microwave and plug my coffee maker into that outlet. It is on a different breaker than the outlets.
