Oil in Gas hose to furnace

Trouble shooting furnace and ran long cable tie inside last couple feet before furnace fitting. Twisted it and came out with slight amount of oil on edges. Not sure about original gas hoses from 2013 in my 2014 184bh. I know Mr Heater will void warranty on their heaters if they find oil inside tubes. It affects valves as well. My valve checks out. Turned out to be ignitor not feeding back to board because someone cracked the ceramic not knowing how to bend electrode. That caused carbon soot to build up around it at sharp edge of crack. Then soot shorted it to ground. If you don't know not to bend electrodes, you shouldn't do it.

None issue with our furnaces. Bulk tanks have oil in the propane.

What symptoms are you having with the furnace?

Oil is a result of tanks being overfilled:

Overfilled propane tanks are the number one cause of oil in an RV propane regulator and system. When a tank is overfilled the liquid propane may not have enough space to become a gas before entering the propane regulator.

As Jagiven said usually not an issue though.
