Battery Switch

I learned of a new product that is so obvious and simple that I wonder why I didn't think of it 20 years ago and made some money off it. I've been RVing many years and I never heard of it and I've never seen anyone here mention it. It's a battery switch that attaches to the negative battery post and disconnects the battery when parked for long periods. I've been having battery discharge problems with my Jayco Redhawk and discovered this switch - finally!
I highly recommend it to all motorhome drivers who store their RVs.

Better yet. I install switches like we use in our boats. Let’s you select battery 1-2-both or off.

These have been around forever - been on the faster drag race cars as mandatory to kill the car in event of a crash.

I've got one in the form of a waterproof resetable breaker that I use.

This one is easy to use and cheap. Also, nothing to fail. Mine has a post to connect to instead of a hole but they only cost $8. I had a rotary that quit after a few uses.
