HELP - Electrical problem 2018 Eagle 330RLTS!

First weekend using the new out new trailer! Was using the Fireplace for the first day no problem.. Middle of the second day, the fireplace just stopped working...
After some trouble shooting, found that the outlet dedicated to the fireplace is DEAD!

Also found that the inverter for the Residential Refrigerator was running on battery! (see photo

Everything else seams to be working, Both A/C units, Refrigerator is running. Heat works, awings work.

I had the camp ground come out and verify that the 50A service was working correctly, both legs read 120, and the lights on the cable /plug (both ends) are on showing power!

Checked all breakers and GFI outlets?

Other possible causes could be a defective breaker, a broken connection somewhere in the load center (breaker box) or bad/broken connection somewhere in the wiring prior to the outlet or at the outlet itself.

Be careful, use proper precautions to avoid a potential fatal shock. Safety first!

The little light bulb indicates your inverter is on a/c not battery.

Who to contact?

I'm gonna call Jayco tomorrow about the problem.. RV is parked in a campground with no way to get it back to the dealer..

Hopefully they will allow me to have it looked at!

Should I call a local "electrician" or a local "RV repair shop"?

They will tell you if they have a mobile RV tech in the area that they work with. Since the fireplace is a single circuit could just be a loose wire on the outlet, or at the breaker.

I believe it is on AC... When I turn on the A/C units they are also running on AC as I can see the load on the meter...

BUT still shows in "battery mode"? and no power to fireplace outlet.. TV and stereo all work!

Thanks! Lights would dim and volume on stereo would lower when the heat cycled on...

Thanks!

But why would the inverter show no AC?

Only when no light bulb is present. It always shows battery condition.

The pic you posted has a light bulb on the right. That indicates it is operating on shore power.

I had this problem... Mine turned out to be a loose connection on the outlet. The wires are simply pressed on in the back.

ICON only means "The load icon is displayed if there is voltage available at
the AC output." from their user guide...

Still doesn't show the "AC" symbol which means "Shows up in grid mode when AC shore power is present. If the power is being qualified, then this icon
will flash."

JAYCO did approve a local tech to take a look!
He found that the wire between the outlet for the fireplace and the powerbox is broken...

Still have not resolved the inverter problem..

Does anyone have a picture of the display on their inverter?
Thanks!
