I think most of us DIYers understand this. Some of the threads are started with wording that makes me think not everyone does.

Bottom line: I hope it's informative and/or helpful to somebody

There are a lot of people who post very inaccurate electrical information here. There is also a handful of guys who are very knowledgeable. It would be better for the forum for the novice electrical people to just step aside and let the guys who know their stuff post accurate information and not muddy the waters.
