OneControl Devices not working at all

My apologies in advance as Im sure similar questions have been asked. I just havent found the threads as of yet.

My issue is that my one control operated devices are dead (awnings, awning light, bedroom lights, main ceiling lights)

They are not only dead in the application on my phone (app seems to be working otherwise fine), it's that they're also dead at the wall switch(es) for the respective devices as well.

I have checked blade fuses and they seem ok....if anyone has some guidance here I'd be appreciative.

Best bet is disconnect pedistal power if connected then turn 12 volt battery disconnect off... Wait a couple minutes
Power 12 volt back on...
That should do a hard reset on the controller and the android display
Reconnect pedistal power if connected
Be patient it takes a couple minutes to reload.
Have done this a few times
I think it could be a power blip hanging up the controller... Looses it's mind

Actually if they are dead on wall switches check battery disconnect first.. Make sure it's fully on... If it is disconnect from pedistal and check battery for voltage and tight connections

This turned out to do it. I had killed AC power but had not cut the 12v system out. Everything returned to normal after killing both for a few mins. Very grateful for the assist.
