Andersen users question about model

95% of way to Andersen hitch system. cant pick up my newly purchased trailer for a month or so but wondering what frame brackets work for most Jayco trailers? Im presuming the 3350 model ( up to 6 inch frame) but want to get concensus.

thanks

Need to really know your exact frame type, and maybe contact Andersen. Can you look at a another trailer like yours on the lot right now?

I think there is more to it, than that. Last I checked (admittedly a few years ago), there were 3 different bracket versions for 6" frames. You can't be close with this. You need the correct fit for truck/trailer combination. Even the fitment guide doesn't go into every possible option. I would call Andersen. They will tell you (or direct you to a certified reseller) all the info needed to determine shank and bracket versions.

X3 on calling Andersen. I have called several times to get install help, then I upgraded to a better cone and T plate. I also called while traveling when a plastic comma shaped wheel leveler broke.
Each time got a fast response (none of the that "your call is important to us...") and in the case of the broken item they shipped to my next stop and it was waiting there!!

X4. Andersen support has been good. They’ve supplied new plates, linchpin pin and friction cones free of charge to me. Give them a call.
