Empty Tow Dolly

I am looking at newer used tow dolly's.
Since my Greyhawk is the the only vehicle I have that is capable of towing anything, I will be picking one up with the RV.
The big question is should I even consider towing the dolly empty?
Would it bounce around too much on the expressway at 60mph?

I've hauled mine a few hours before. I dropped my air pressure down to about 25PSI and kept the speed down. I did tow one down to florida also with out a car. But I built a enclosed wood box (which I loaded with stuff) and mounted it to the top of it. That was fine at 65mph. Best bet, if you have someone with a car to load on it and haul it back, that's the best way to go.
