What about the cheese curds? Poutine is/was French fries and cheese curds topped with gravy, I believe.

It may have cheese in it also. I couldn't tell you for sure. I've only had it once. There is a poutine place in Disney Springs. I picked some up last month when the girls were shopping.

Tasted like fries and gravy to me.

Should have cheese curds in it, some places will just use plain cheese, but really should be curds.
Without any kind of cheese, it's just fries and gravy.

It is on the menu at Le Cellier in the Canada pavilion. I just haven't had it there however.
