Replacement tires for cordovan LT235/75r15 Load C

I recently purchased a 2017 Jay Flight SLX 175RD Baja Edition with Cordovan LT235/75R15 Load range C tires on 15x6 rims that have a max weight of 2150 lbs. The GVWR of the TT is 3800 lbs and is single axle. To date all of my trips have been around 200-300 mile round trips but now planing a trip of about 4000-5000 miles and it has been recommended that I replace the OEM tires with load D or E tires.

I'm thinking of replacing the tires with either Maxxis ST8008 D load or GoodYear Endurance E Load but in both lines they don't make a 235/75R15 but rather a 225/75R15.

Is switching to the ST225/75R15 load D or E tires going to cause me any problems either with towing or compatibility with existing rims??
