I hope the truck's axles and transmission will stay together until they get to dump their load. Good thing they have the duel rear wheels, and hopefully tire rated air pressure to minimize overheating the tires.

Yesterday we saw a unlicenced biohazard waste hauler going right through the center of a primitive campground. Looked like 20 gallons worth or so. At least he was driving slowly,

Ordinarily I would tell you to mind your own business. But this is obviously a safety issue. I would suggest you call the weight police immediately. They are probably lurking on another post here on this forum.
