19H Canvas attachment

2015 Jayco 19H hybrid front bunk canvas attachment separating.
Service says that's just the way Jayco attaches the canvas and will take complete replacement, not reparable. Some gap has arisen and is currently manageable with fat weatherstripping. Thoughts?

Can you post an image? Yes, the whole canvas has to be replaced.

Many of us, have installed small screws and washers to pull the canvas back into place. What I found do not over tighten the screws or the plastic strip will split.

There are several threads on this and replacing just the strip is possible if you either send it in or have a canvas companny nearby. Much cheaper then a new end.

There is also a thread where someone (I also did this) used coax clips to hold the tent in place. This keeps you from having to put screws through the plastic hence nothing to make it crack.
