They come from CAREFREE ....

Carefree offers LED lighting for brand new awnings purchased with your RV, as an add-on kit to your existing awning or as a replacement kit to a strip already installed.

I would advice all to check before heading out- thank you for the post!
I used DAP Dynaflex Ultra under the tab and fitted the tab under where the tab was sewn onto the awning - I check it each time before we head out to make sure it is secure - so far so good--- Hope this helps folks Thank you

We installed the ones from RecPro mentioned previously. Our strip disappeared completely before we were able to reattach it. I did buy a dimmer bc some had mentioned that another brand was way too bright but I think ours is great and we don’t need it. We attached to the side of the rig instead of the awning. Seems very secure so far. Several on the Facebook group have had the same problem as well.

Stitched on awing led light strip coming undone. Has any one used Gorilla Clear Mounting Tape to reattach these lights?

Yes, I have tried Gorilla tape in the past. It works only for a short time. Good enough to use for a very temporary fix. But, not much beyond that.
