Bunk end covers

Anyone have an inexpensive option to the pop up gizmos? I love my hybrid, but acknowledge that a thermal blanket type of cover would 1.help reflect summer heat, 2.insulate fall/spring cold,3.keep tree sap from getting on bunk end material. Gizmos are pricey, been hunting for lower cost alternatives and haven’t found anything on Amazon that seems worthwhile..thanks..

I'm on year #5 with the pop-ups and let me say their worth the cost. Very easy to install and neat looking, fold up nicely. Would I buy them again well the answer is yes.

You might want to consider the Reflectix mod too for the bunk end window areas to help with AC/heating.

Boats, airplanes and RV’s. A hole in the “_____” that you try to fill with $$$.
I bought a set of Gizmos for our HTT and thought they were great. Are they pricey? Maybe, but I found them well made and performed very well. I felt that I paid a fair price for a well made product.

Reminds me of a bubble gum comic I got when I was a kid (remember those?).
#1: I’d like to buy a coat hanger.
#2: Here ya go, they’re $0.75 each.
#1: That’s kinda expensive, do you have anything cheaper?
#2: Sure, here’s a nail for $0.01.

If you're "handy", you could tailor some survival blankets to fit, but, honestly, I'd rather use the "real thing". Yes, you will pay a little more, but worth it for the convenience.

Is there another company that makes a similar product to the Gizmo pop up ones? I’d like to get some quicker than the 3-6 weeks as I was quoted from the company. I am in Canada and the shipping is another $49.00.

If you use the ferry to Anacortes just send them to me and I can meet you at the dock, it's just a short drive for me. If you do Vancouver I'm up here about every 4-6 weeks. Happy to help if I can.

Gotta say I love the choice of company name. SOL: Survive Outdoors Longer. Or to the rest of the world S.O.L.: S*** Outta Luck.
